You’ll lead our commercial strategy: sales, marketing, digital, and partnerships, to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across all channels. You’ll build the systems, team, and rhythm that turn purpose into performance. Key Accountabilities: • Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute the Sales & Marketing Strategy aligned to the 2030 Growth Plan., • Processes & Systems: Build scalable marketing and sales systems (CRM, Shopify, automations, analytics)., • D2C Growth: Lead customer acquisition, subscription management, and retention for our Shopify store., • B2B & Partnerships: Expand wholesale, stockists, and affiliate programmes., • Brand & Campaigns: Own content, creative, and messaging across all touchpoints., • Events & Trade: Manage trade shows, events, and ambassador programmes., • Revenue Ownership: Deliver revenue targets and track KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion, churn, ROI). What You’ll Bring • Proven experience leading Sales and/or Marketing in a scale-up, D2C, or FMCG environment., • Strong understanding of digital acquisition, CRM, and Shopify ecosystems., • Track record of building systems, pipelines, and campaigns that convert., • Commercial acumen: comfortable owning budgets, forecasts, and P&L inputs., • Energy, curiosity, and bias for action., • Hands-on operator who enjoys being close to the customer journey.
