Main Job responsibilities will include:

· Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance metrics to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.

· Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting professional development and growth.
· Work to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events
