Commis Waiter / Waitress
We are currently recruiting for a Waiter at The Wigmore, an upscale luxury tavern.
The Wigmore, serves great wines, cask ales and craft beers including The Wigmore’s very own house “Saison”, brewed in partnership with Yonder Brewing. Furthermore, The Wigmore bagged best cocktail at ‘London Cocktail Week’ in 2017. The food has received excellent comments from both food critics and guests.
In this role, we are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.
In the role of Waiter, your key focus will be to:
-welcome guests in a friendly and engaging manner
-provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
-be familiar with all food & beverage items on the menu
-support the team in delivering an excellent experience for guests
-be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to --needs of our guests and bar team
-be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
