Seeking an experienced Barista/FOH to join our team in FOREST GATE branch. Please make sure you are applying for the right branch. This is a full time position and shifts will be from between Mon-Sun from 6:30am - 5:30pm. Weekdays is a must and some weekends. Must be able to start early as 6:30. Main duties include; (1) Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages. Also servicing customers in the garden. Working with Speed and consistency. (2) Displaying, preparing and serving cakes and other light snacks to a high standard (3) Demonstrate latte Art (4) Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment (5) Serving customers and taking orders, multi tasking. (6) Calibration of coffee machine and grinder. (6) washing up when need to. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to work under pressure. The role also includes multi-tasking so being to prioritise your duties will be key.
