The objective of the role is to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers. • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times • Keep the reception and the shop floor area clean and tidy, at all times. • Deal with all enquiries in a timely, professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail. • Administer all bookings, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy via our in-house database. • Keep up to date with current pricing, to provide information to customers, on request, while maximising sales opportunities. • Fulfil all reasonable requests from customers to ensure their satisfaction • Report any issues immediately to the Directors, including maintenance issues with furniture, fittings and equipment • Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws • Carry out instructions given by the Directors in a timely manner
