Headway Care is currently recruiting part time Support Workers to work in our 16+ Semi Independent Provision based in Redbridge.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about supporting young people and helping them develop their independent skills.
Our team provides support to young people with a range of different needs, from food shopping and cooking meals to accompanying them at college open days and job interviews. Some young people have complex needs and would require more support.
At Headway Care we look to recruit staff that have a passion for helping people and who see working with children in social care as a career path. We require experience in children’s residential care or experience working with children and/ or young people.
This role is lone working. One full shift will require a full 13 hours within the home and a sleep in.
