London is open, shows and events are back on and we are looking for an experienced Production Sous Chef to join us at the iconic Royal Albert Hall.
Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our brilliant kitchen team of 50 talented cooks.
The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a quality, fresh food operation, be it a luxury hotel (preferred), quality restaurant, contract caterer or event operation.
Most importantly, you should be an excellent team player with a strong foundation of leadership skills and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills with our team.
