We're looking for a Transport Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our fleet and drivers operate safely, efficiently and in full compliance with legislation. Working closely with the Transport Manager, you’ll help deliver a reliable service to our Sharpsmart customers while supporting and developing our driver team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. From daily compliance checks and driver briefings to planning routes and managing vehicle records, you’ll be central to keeping our transport operation running smoothly.
