Join our Data Centre Solutions team as a Shift Manager — a key leadership role within one of the world’s most advanced and fast-paced technical environments. As a Shift Manager, you’ll be the on-site technical lead, driving operational excellence across critical electrical and mechanical systems. You’ll guide a skilled team of engineers, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance across a high-availability facility that powers global operations. This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for candidates with a strong high-voltage (HV) background, experience in live switching, and deep understanding of critical facility operations. You’ll be trusted to: • Lead and coordinate shift teams delivering both planned and reactive maintenance., • Act as an Authorised Person (HV), ensuring safety documentation and switching schedules are completed to the highest standard., • Oversee all works under the Permit to Work system, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance., • Respond swiftly to Building Management System (BMS) alarms and manage incidents in real time., • Maintain mechanical and electrical systems (including cooling, power, and water) to industry standards such as L8., • Supervise vendors and subcontractors to ensure high performance and adherence to operational processes., • Drive technical training, mentoring, and team development., • Lead from the front — ensuring the safety, reliability, and resilience of critical infrastructure always. About You You’re a technically strong professional who’s calm under pressure, confident in your decision-making, and driven by the challenge of managing complex systems in 24/7 environments.
