We are looking for someone will at least 2 years of bar and cocktail experience. Responsibilities - Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons - Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks - Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails - Plan and present bar menu - Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies - Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience - Comply with all food and beverage regulations Desired Experience & Skills - Resume describing work experience, special skills etc. and relevant years of experience - Proven experience as a bartender that included experience as a bartender trainee, line cook, assistant bartender, etc. - Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, serving drinks and table-setting guidelines - Ability to create unique cocktails with originality and creativity - Knowledge of many different types of drinks along with their proper garnishes Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40-60 hours per week Salary: £21000 - 24000 annually depending on experience
