The post holder will provide essential administrative support for the day-to-day management of maternity rosters and elective caesarean section (ELCS) pathways. You will be a key point of contact for routine rota and elective CS administration, the role supports safe staffing and effective patient pathways through accurate data management, coordination, and communication. The post holder will undertake operational administrative tasks including recording sickness, finalising shifts, maintaining roster accuracy, and supporting the booking and management of elective caesarean lists. The post • Vocational Level 4 or Higher National Diploma Qualification or equivalent experience, • Knowledge/understanding of a range of administrative procedures requiring on- going job training and experience, • Experience of Medical Staffing Rosters, • Evidence of further development, • Experience of working to tight deadlines, • Experience in meeting operational objectives, • Ability to liaise with Maternity staff confidently and with credibility, • Awareness of hospital practices, • Experience of coordinating staff rota, • Previous experience in NHS Please note - Due to recent changes in UK immigration and visa rules applicants who do not currently have the right to work in the UK may not be considered unless an alternative right to work solution can be provided.
