Provide prompt and courteous counter service to staff collecting parts. Handle calls and issue materials accurately with correct documentation. Order urgent parts, pick/pack stock, update SAP, and deliver items as needed. Provide updates on pending parts and produce daily critical-parts reports. Goods Inward & Stock Control Receive and check deliveries, unload vehicles, and manage goods-in areas. Report discrepancies, label and store stock correctly, and operate a forklift if licensed. Support stock counts, maintain accurate labelling/bin locations, and ensure safe, compliant storage. Performance & Systems Deliver efficient workshop support and maintain organised stores. Ensure accurate COSHH records, follow purchasing and stock procedures, and utilise SAP/inventory systems effectively. Health, Safety & Compliance Adhere to safety procedures and correct PPE use. Report incidents/near misses and support continuous improvement. Follow ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 standards, including waste segregation and IMS reporting.
