Job Opportunity: CRM Platform Specialist Oakhouse is seeking a technically-minded CRM Platform Specialist to take ownership of the development, optimisation, and integration of our HubSpot CRM platform. This role is central to ensuring HubSpot operates efficiently across the business, connects seamlessly with other systems, and delivers accurate, actionable insights to support data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with sales, customer service, marketing, and franchise operations - not as a campaign executor, but as the technical expert who ensures HubSpot is structured, automated, and integrated to meet business needs. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, data quality, and the ability of teams to make smarter, faster decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex CRM challenges, building and managing integrations, and turning data into actionable insights . Note: This is a technical, development-focused CRM role. While you'll support teams across sales, marketing, and service, this position is not responsible for running campaigns or creating marketing content . You'll be the technical expert who ensures HubSpot works efficiently, integrates with other systems, and delivers clean data and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities CRM Development & Optimisation Configure, customise, and optimise HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and automation logic to support business operations. Maintain and improve CRM data quality through validation rules, deduplication processes, and structured lifecycle management. Evaluate and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability. Integrations & Technical Solutions Design, build, and manage API integrations between HubSpot and other business-critical systems. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data flows and system interoperability. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement long-term, scalable solutions. Data & Analytics Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders across sales, service, and operations. Support data modelling, segmentation, and advanced reporting to drive strategic decision-making. Monitor CRM performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to maximise efficiency and data integrity. Stakeholder Enablement Serve as the HubSpot technical expert for cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical solutions. Deliver hands-on training, guidance, and documentation to ensure users leverage the CRM effectively. Work with business leads to align CRM capabilities with evolving operational requirements. What You'll Bring Proven experience administering and developing HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub). Strong understanding of CRM data structures, lifecycle stages, and workflow logic. Hands-on experience with API integrations and working with third-party tools. Solid analytics skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and interpret complex dashboards and reports. Experience in data quality management, data modelling, and segmentation.
