Your Responsibilities\n\n • Lead the branch to deliver safe, high-quality service and maintenance for lifts, escalators, and lifting equipment.\n, • Ensure Health & Safety standards are always met and promoted across all branch activities.\n, • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent levels of customer service.\n, • Manage branch performance, resources, and budgets to achieve business plan and profitability targets.\n, • Develop, support, and motivate colleagues to create a high-performing and engaged team.\nQualifications\n Branch Manager Requirements: \n\n • NVQ Level 3 in Management (or equivalent qualification).\n, • Experience managing lift and/or escalator service operations.\n, • Proven leadership experience, including leading managers and developing high-performing teams.\n, • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.\n, • A strong commitment to safety, customer service, and delivering on promises in line with Stannah's values.\nWhy Stannah?\n If you have experience as a Lift Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager, or in another leadership role within the lift and escalator industry, this is an exciting opportunity to lead our Orpington Infrastructure Services Branch. \n Join a business that prioritizes safety, customer service, and operational excellence while empowering you to drive performance, develop teams, and shape future growth.
