Skills and Experience: · Ability to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Bachelor's &/Master’s degree or a related study and experience · Developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty · Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant software · Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
