We’re partnering with a fast‑growing recruitment business specializing in renewable energy. They’re looking for a commercially focused Billing Manager to own client delivery and revenue growth for a new division covering permanent and temporary hires. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real autonomy to build a team, shape divisional strategy, and drive billing performance. Key responsibilities • Manage and own billing and client delivery across perm and temp desks., • Develop and grow your own client base through targeted business development and relationship management., • Lead, mentor, and build a high‑performing team of consultants; set targets and drive accountability., • Oversee performance across desks, implement processes to improve conversion and billing velocity., • Collaborate with senior leadership on divisional strategy, forecasting, and financial reporting., • Ensure strong candidate and client experience through effective offer negotiation and post‑placement follow‑up. What we’re looking for • Proven 360 recruitment experience across perm and temp desks; demonstrable billing track record., • Experience recruiting into technical, energy, or related sectors; renewable energy experience strongly preferred., • Leadership ability — current people manager or senior consultant ready to step up., • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and client management skills., • Comfortable working from the Bromley office with regular in‑person collaboration., • Right to work in the UK required.
