Aftermarket Service Manager Circa £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits (Negotiable for the Right Person) A well-established engineering business is looking for an experienced Aftermarket Service Manager to lead a busy service and projects team supporting industrial customers across the UK and overseas. The Role • Manage and coordinate site service activities, maintenance projects and retrofit works, • Lead and support a team of site-based engineers and technicians, • Carry out technical support, quotations, site surveys and project planning, • Act as the key point of contact for customers, suppliers and engineering teams, • Oversee RAMS, scheduling and delivery of engineering projects, • This is primarily an office-based role with occasional travel to customer sites across the UK and internationally, including offshore locations when required What We’re Looking For • Engineering qualification (Mechanical or Electrical preferred), • Previous experience in a service management or engineering project role, • Strong understanding of industrial installation, maintenance or process environments, • Experience working within sectors such as power generation, oil & gas, heavy engineering or similar, • Excellent communication and organisational skills, • Knowledge of site safety procedures and project coordination, • Willingness to undertake relevant training and travel offshore as part of the role is essential What’s on Offer • Salary around £40,000, negotiable depending on experience, • Bonus and benefits package, • 4-and-a-half days a week, • Flexible working hours, • Long-term career progression within a growing engineering business Interviews are taking place shortly, so early applications are encouraged
