Senior Sales Consultant – Learning & Development £30–£37k basic | £80k+ OTE | High-Growth Sector Are you a natural deal-closer who thrives on smashing targets, building influence, and driving growth? We’re looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our fast-growing Learning & Development business — helping senior leaders, executives, and boards unlock their potential with career-defining programmes. This role isn’t about box-ticking or transactional selling. It’s about consultative, high-value sales where you’ll work directly with decision-makers at management and C-suite level, shaping solutions that genuinely transform careers and organisations.
