We’re on the lookout for someone to drive new business and expand our market share across the UK, Ireland, Benelux, and Nordic regions! \n\n This is not just another transactional sales role; we want someone who thrives on autonomy, can craft a regional business plan, and collaborates closely with customers, distributors, and our internal technical teams to deliver practical, value-driven solutions. \n\nWhat You Will Do\n\n • \nStrategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive plan to engage new customers while expanding existing business in your district (MRO).\n, • \nSales Techniques: Identify, design, and implement effective sales strategies and training for customers, distributors, and representatives to boost sales volume and gross profit.\n, • \nTechnical Support: Provide application expertise to ensure customers find the perfect product fit for their needs.\n, • \nCollaboration: Work alongside internal teams, including engineering and customer service, to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.\n, • \nRelationship Building: Cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and sales potential.\n, • \nProduct Installations: Schedule and participate in product installations at customer sites, showcasing your technical expertise and troubleshooting skills.\n, • \nMarket Analysis: Understand market dynamics in your territory and develop sales plans to target competitors and increase market share.\n, • \nPricing Strategy: Ensure the right pricing strategy is implemented and maintained based on your understanding of market positions.\n, • \nMentorship: Coach and develop distributor sales teams to drive sales growth.\n, • \nTraining Programs: Prepare and deliver educational sessions for customers, distributors, and end-users.\n, • \nRegular Reviews: Establish ongoing reviews with clients’ engineering and manufacturing teams to address design, quality, and performance issues.\n, • \nRecord Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions.\n\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\n, • 5+ years of experience in industrial field sales or technical roles, ideally with a background in rotating equipment or mechanical seals.\n, • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in industrial sales.\n, • A solid understanding of mechanical applications and equipment reliability principles.\n, • Experience with the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) selling model, including working across various sales channels.\n, • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).\n, • A valid passport and an insurable driving record, with the ability to travel internationally.\n\n\nPreferred Background\n\n, • A mechanical engineering background, apprenticeship, City & Guilds, or similar hands-on technical training.\n, • Experience transitioning from a technical, service, or engineering role into sales.\n, • Experience in industrial aftermarket, reliability, or maintenance-led sales environments.\n\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\n, • Enjoy the freedom to manage your region with true ownership and autonomy.\n, • Receive strong support from our internal engineering, manufacturing, and inside sales teams.\n, • Benefit from a company car, laptop, phone, and field equipment provided.\n, • Participate in a performance-related bonus structure.\n #LI-RC1 #SWE
