About the Role: As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of Level 2 and 3 treatments to both male and female clients. Working 3 to 4 days per week, with flexibility required to work daytime, evenings, and weekends, and to cover shifts when needed. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a range of beauty treatments including facials, massage, waxing, manicures, pedicures, gel polish, spray tanning, and more. Confidently perform electrical facials and body treatments (Level 3 qualified). Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment. Provide excellent customer service to encourage client retention and referrals. Manage bookings and handle client enquiries professionally through our computer based booking system. Requirements: NVQ Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy. Must be qualified in electrical facial and body massage treatments. Previous salon experience essential. Confident in delivering a wide range of beauty treatments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Must be able to easily commute to Chingford via car or public transport. The role includes a wide range of tasks: loading and unloading stock, caring for plants, restocking displays, and ensuring the centre is clean, tidy, and well-presented. Occasional work may also be required at our store in London E5. This is an entry-level position with a strong emphasis on practical outdoor work. You must be physically fit and able to safely lift and carry up to 30kg. Daily duties may include moving pallets, lifting compost bags, and watering plants, so attention to detail and pride in maintaining a neat, organised space are essential. A minimum of 24 working hours per week is required. An interest in plants, along with reliability and a strong work ethic, are key. While not essential, a full UK driving licence is a plus, as there may be occasional stock transfers between sites.
