Sous Chef Location: Radlett, Hertfordshire Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Reporting to: Head Chef Hours: Flexible daytime service, including weekends and bank holidays Salary: Approximately £38,000£42,000 per annum including tronc About the Opportunity Enhance Catering is currently recruiting a Sous Chef for one of our client organisations based in Radlett. This is an exciting opportunity to join a kitchen entering a new phase, with a strong focus on seasonal menus, quality produce, and delivering a relaxed yet refined dining experience. The kitchen is evolving under new leadership, with a clear vision to build a motivated and ambitious brigade. The Role As Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role within the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in overseeing day-to-day operations and leading the team during service and in their absence. This role would suit an experienced Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to take the next step in their career within a progressive and supportive environment.
