Job Description: Sous Chef and other Chef Opportunities We offer A la carte dining in our restaurant, bar meals and conferences during the week. We are also a wedding & party venue, so your experience will be needed here too. You will be working directly with the Head Chef, delegating tasks, directing the food preparation, setting up high-quality dishes all while creating menus and developing dishes. This role would suit a very strong Senior Chef de Partie seeking their first Sous Chef role or a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in their career. Some of the responsibilities of these roles include: Supervising all kitchen stations and team members Supporting and motivating kitchen staff of all levels Being responsible for health and safety and food hygiene practices Ensuring food quality and high standards are maintained for all dishes To monitor stock movement and ensure there is minimum wastage Take the role of the Head Chef in their absence and/or when needed High level of attention to details TPBN1_UKCT
