The Plough Inn Cobham is looking to recruit a Chef De Partie Your responsibilities will be to: - Help to create new, exciting dishes for our menu, combining your own interests and local produce - Assist and learn from the Head Chef & Sous Chef - Train, inspire and develop Junior chefs - Lead by example We'd like you to: - Be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent or have relevant kitchen experience - Have previous experience in a gastro pub or fresh food kitchen, rosette experience preferred - Be determined to learn and progress - Have great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team - Be passionate and enthusiastic about the industry Benefits include: - Meals on duty - Early access to pay - Access to stock price steaks and wine - Earn additional holiday days based on length of service - Staff parties - Great progression opportunities for ambitious and hard working chefs - Discount across our venues As a young business with big aspirations, hard work and determination will be noticed, valued and rewarded.
