This role is eligible for the _ The Role of the Mail Service Assistant is varied with responsibility for sorting, processing and the distribution of all incoming mail and parcels. You could be out and about on our Claverton Down campus making deliveries and collections or helping students through a customer focused counter service. Our student parcel collection centre is just one of the great services we providing to our resident students & we take great pride in providing a great student experience. Some IT experience is essential, as we process outgoing mail utilising modern Franking technology, and use modern tracking software & hardware to provide service excellence. The hours of work are 36.5 hours per week, worked between 08:30 and 18:45 Monday to Friday, and 08:20 to 12:30 on Saturdays. You will demonstrate: • Strong organisational skills, • Experience in customer service, • Flexibility and adaptability, • Clear written and spoken communication, • Basic computer literacy, • A valid UK driving licence This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, 36.5 hours per week.
