Key Responsibilities: • Manage bids from opportunity assessment to final submission., • Develop win strategies and value propositions., • Coordinate inputs from estimating, design, commercial and operations teams., • Produce PQQs, ITTs, SQs and framework submissions., • Ensure bids are compliant and delivered to deadline., • Lead bid reviews and post-bid feedback. About You: • Experience in construction bid management and writing, • Strong understanding of construction procurement routes., • Excellent writing and organisation skills., • Confident communicator with commercial awareness., • Construction-related degree or equivalent experience (professional memberships advantageous).
