As part of our continued growth, we’re hiring a Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and drive new revenue. The Role – Pure Business Development This is a 100% business development role focused on winning new clients and generating vacancies, before handing over to the delivery team. You will: • Re-engage and unlock value from 16 years of existing client relationships, • Proactively win new business through outbound activity and networking, • Build relationships with Managers, Directors, and CEOs across Engineering, Laboratory/Life Sciences, Healthcare/MedTech, and Semiconductor sectors, • Identify hiring needs and generate high-quality vacancies, • Work closely with leadership, reporting directly to company directors You’ll operate within a structured 30-step recruitment process, giving you a clear framework for success.
