We are looking for a passionate Race Team Coordinator. In this role youll be the operational backbone of our Formula 1 team, ensuring every test, race, and filming day runs smoothly, from team movements to garage builds, from freight to FIA compliance. Trackside Operations and Event Delivery Own the full event lifecycle: planning, execution and coordination of race weekends, test sessions, and Filming Days. Liaise with circuits and stakeholders for bookings, garage setup, hospitality, and driver support. Ensure compliance with FIA regulations and internal timetables (including curfews). Lead on-site coordination of all logistics and personnel operations, resolving any issues related to freight, transportation, or team welfare, supervising dry ice supply, garage flooring, and Treehouse build/dismantling. Logistics, Freight and Infrastructure Manage all freight movements (air and sea), including documentation, customs and shipments. Overseeing garage, office, and hospitality construction at the track, ensuring all team facilities are operational prior to event start. Manage internal seating plans and equipment delivery schedules in collaboration with Engineering and Travel teams. Supervising all on-site vehicle logistics e.g. team buses, internal movements, chauffeur services. Team Kit, Accreditation and Personnel Distribute and manage driver race gear, pit crew kit and leadership apparel. Handle all team accreditations, declarations and pass distributions at track. Organise meals where hospitality is not provided, especially during night shifts and back-to-backs. Support team personnel in case of incidents, emergencies or urgent travel changes. Cost Management, H&S & Sustainability Track and manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets for race operations. Coordinate Health & Safety documentation and represent the Team in F1’s Energy Transition working groups. Lead sustainability reporting for team emissions and event footprint. Stakeholder Collaboration Building and maintaining productive relationships with FIA, FOM, circuits, partners, and suppliers. Liaising with internal departments (Travel, Marketing, HR, Technical, Communications) to ensure coordinated operations. Submitting garage signage and branding plans to F1 pre-event. Providing post-race reports and feedback to F1 where required. Reporting operational challenges on a race-by-race basis and escalating issues for resolution. Fluency in English and Italian; a third language is a plus. Valid driving license; forklift certification highly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools used in operational planning. Comfortable with physical workload and hands-on tasks. Available to travel up to 50% of the time, including weekends and extended overseas stays. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage pressure, deadlines and shifting priorities. A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to changing plans. As part of the Alpine long-term plan to compete for World Endurance Championship (WEC) we are looking to add to our talented team with individuals who are motivated to significantly contribute to our relentless pursuit of excellence. Within the Trackside Engineering Team we have a rare opportunity as a Senior Race Engineer. Senior Race Engineer - The Role Act as the lead engineer responsible for all technical and strategic aspects of one car. Define setup based on data analysis, simulation results, and input from the performance group. Drive mid-event decision-making with targeted analysis of setup, driver feedback, and competitor data. Lead the simulator/simulation correlation effort through detailed analysis and recommendations. Manage communication and coordination across the car crew, including mechanics and dedicated performance/system engineers. Take shared responsibility for car legality with the team’s Technical Coordinator. Senior Race Engineer - The Person The successful candidate will hold an engineering or relevant degree. They will have a strong understanding of driving analysis, using several tools - reports to help our drivers, as well as vehicles dynamics & system knowledge for their car performance analysis. In addition they will possess: At least 3 years of experience as a Race Engineer in top-level motorsport (WEC/ELMS/Asian LMS/Formula 1/Formula E/…) LMP style car well founded knowledge is a must. In-depth understanding of vehicle dynamics and high-performance engineering. Exceptional communication and leadership skills under high-pressure environments. Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail. A good knowledge of software used within Alpine Endurance Team, such as HHDM, HH Timing, MM Wintax & Sysma, MATLAB, Canopy is an advantage. Fluent in English, French is a plus They will be self-motivated, willing to work collaboratively with other individuals, as part of a group, and with other groups within the team.
