About the Role This role will focus on direct sales and promotion of two vape/e cigarette brands within the UK FMCG retail market. The candidate must be able to actively sell into convenience shops and tobacco retailers, driving product adoption and revenue growth. Responsibilities Retail Sales & Promotion: Conduct regular in-person visits to retail shops, convenience stores, and tobacco outlets. Actively pitch and sell products, ensuring items are stocked and promoted. Account Development: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners and decision makers, identifying opportunities to expand sales. Market Monitoring & Feedback: Track competitor activities, pricing, and consumer preferences in the FMCG/vaping retail space. Share insights with HQ to refine sales and marketing strategies. Brand Visibility: Negotiate for increased shelf space and in-store visibility. Execute promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness. Event & Campaign Support: Participate in in-store promotions, roadshows, and industry events to support sales and brand engagement. Qualifications: Experience: Proven direct sales experience in Vaping, ideally with retail channel sales. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through in-person store visits and negotiations. Experience in e-cigarette, tobacco, or related FMCG categories is a plus. Skills: Strong sales and persuasion skills, comfortable with cold calling/door-to-door retail pitching. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently. Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively in the assigned region. Familiarity with local Vape shops, FMCG markets, and key players.
