Role Overview: To lead and inspire a regional team of event planners, a pivotal role responsible for driving event sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences across all conference and event spaces. • Lead, coach and develop a team of Conference & Events planners, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement., • Drive the achievement of individual and team KPIs, monitoring performance, conversion rates and sales pipeline activity., • Maximise conference and events revenue across the region through effective sales leadership and close collaboration with commercial, revenue and operational teams., • Identify revenue risks and opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to address performance gaps and support business growth., • Contribute to the development and execution of regional sales strategies, promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives., • Act as the senior point of contact for key clients and high-value events, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationship management., • Oversee the planning and delivery of complex and multi-site events, ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to completion., • Ensure consistent adherence to event planning processes, brand standards, health and safety requirements and legal compliance across all properties., • Build strong partnerships with hotel operational teams and key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of events and customer satisfaction., • Produce and present regular performance reports and commercial insights to senior leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement About you: You will be a true people person, dedicated to the development and growth of our people and our culture. Overall Purpose of the Job The Floor Manager will support the smooth day-to-day running of front-of-house operations, lead the floor and service team during service, maintain high standards of customer care and waiting service, and help control beverage, bar and service stock.
