Purpose of the Role To provide hands-on support to the Sales & Marketing team in executing Admetec UK’s marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone with experience in events or marketing, with a strong foundation in campaign coordination, social media management, and content creation. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Coordination • Act as the central point of contact for sales reps to gather field updates, photos, and content ideas, • Review and refine social media submissions to ensure tone, messaging, and branding are consistent, • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to schedule and publish approved content, • Draft flyers, adverts, banners, and other promotional materials for campaigns and events, • Liaise with design agencies and printers to produce marketing assets, • Monitor stock levels of brochures, merchandise, and display items, and place orders as needed, • Assist with booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics for trade shows, CPD courses, product demos, and webinars, • Prepare attendee lists, send invitations, and manage RSVPs, • Support the setup of virtual events including webinar platforms and registration links, • Act as the key point of contact for Admetec UK’s sales representatives regarding marketing support, • Coordinate the distribution of sales materials including brochures, product kits, and branded merchandise, • Ensure reps have the correct and up-to-date collateral for demos, exhibitions, and client visits, • Support reps in planning and promoting local events, including practice visits, open days, and CPD sessions, • Help draft and distribute email campaigns to clients, distributors, and prospects, • Maintain segmented mailing lists and ensure GDPR compliance, • Support website updates and upload news articles, product updates, and event listings, • Liaise with Finance to process supplier payments and monitor marketing spend against budget, • Track performance of marketing campaigns (email, social, events) and compile monthly reports to inform future strategy Experience • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or events role, • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, • Experience using Adobe InDesign is a plus, • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation, • Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot), • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Strong organisational and time management abilities, • Excellent written communication and attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, • Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic, • Accurate and well-coordinated, with strong attention to detail, • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow, • Positive attitude and a genuine interest in marketing and events, • Flexible to travel and support occasional evening/weekend events
