Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network., • Business Growth & KPI Achievement: Drive regional performance by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND). Treat ND as a core revenue-linked indicator and deliver measurable business impact., • Full BD Process Ownership: Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance. Ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline., • Client & Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication., • Market Research & Competitive Insights: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the local region. Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities., • Localized Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives.
