This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the effective delivery of post room and workplace support services, while supervising and supporting a small on-site team.\n \nYou'll play a key part in ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused workplace experience, maintaining operational standards, and supporting the wider facilities function.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee the day-to-day operations of the post room, ensuring accurate and timely distribution and dispatch of post and courier items\nSupervise and support post room team members, allocating tasks and monitoring performance\nAct as the first point of contact for post room operational issues, resolving or escalating as appropriate\nDeliver excellent customer service, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently\nMaintain accurate records and reporting for incoming and outgoing mail\nManage relationships with courier and delivery providers to ensure service levels are met\nSupport the Facilities Manager with daily building operations and general facilities services\nConduct regular floor walks and inspections to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained workplace\nLog, track, and follow up on maintenance issues with relevant teams\nSupport office moves, meeting room setups, and general workplace services\nEnsure compliance with health & safety, security, and company standards\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery\nProvide guidance, training, and onboarding support to team members\nPromote a positive team culture with high levels of accountability and performance\n\nAbout You\n\nProven experience in facilities, post room, or workplace services within a corporate office environment\nExperience supervising or leading a small team\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships\nConfident prioritising tasks and managing day-to-day operations\nCompetent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nCustomer-focused with a proactive and professional approach\n\nWhy Join CBRE?\n\nWork for a global market leader with strong career development opportunities\nBe part of a supportive and collaborative workplace culture\nOpportunity to make a real impact on workplace experience and service delivery
