Job Title: Regulatory Engagement Manager Target Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Permanent Salary Range: Up to £100,000 Location: 1 day a week in Eastleigh Closing Date for applications: 21st September Regulatory Engagement Manager: We're looking for a Regulatory Engagement Manager to lead and coordinate Ageas UK's relationship with the FCA and PRA. This is a high-profile role where you'll work closely with senior leaders to ensure regulatory interactions are proactive, consistent and well-managed. You’ll oversee regulatory communications, support executives in preparing for regulator engagement, provide insight into evolving regulatory expectations and help strengthen our regulatory engagement framework across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced regulatory professional who enjoys influencing stakeholders, navigating complex challenges and driving positive regulatory outcomes. • Leading and coordinating Ageas UK's engagement with the FCA and PRA., • Developing and delivering a proactive regulatory engagement strategy., • Coordinating regulatory meetings, reviews, requests and supervisory interactions., • Ensuring regulatory communications are clear, accurate, consistent and delivered on time., • Supporting senior leaders with briefings, messaging and preparation for regulatory meetings., • Maintaining oversight of regulatory actions, commitments and deadlines., • Providing governance reporting and insight to support effective decision-making., • Monitoring regulatory developments and translating them into practical business insights., • Driving continuous improvement in regulatory engagement processes and frameworks., • Proven experience in regulatory engagement, compliance, risk, legal, governance or a similar financial services role., • A strong understanding of the UK regulatory landscape and the role of the FCA and PRA., • Experience managing regulatory requests, submissions, meetings or supervisory interactions., • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders., • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills., • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines., • Sound regulatory judgement and the ability to identify, assess and escal..., • Knowledge of Consumer Duty, SM&CR, operational resilience and governance frameworks., • Experience supporting executives during regulatory reviews or meetings., • Experience developing regulatory engagement frameworks, governance processes or reporting.
