We are working with a growing hospitality business looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to join their finance team. This is a key role supporting financial operations, commercial performance and ongoing growth. This role would suit a AAT Qualified, ACCA/CIMA part qualified or QBE Accountant looking for a hands on role with an opportunity to add value and regularly support senior leadership with the commercial management of the business. Salary/Benefits: £40-45,000 Flexible working available Enhanced Pension 25 days holiday Excellent benefits Job Duties: Lead production of financial and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage budgeting, forecasting and P&L reviews, providing insight to support decision-making. Oversee financial controls, audit preparation and compliance requirements. Handle stock control, purchasing processes and cost-efficiency measures. Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly financial forecasts and reconciliations. Strengthen systems, reporting frameworks and process improvements. Oversee expenditure controls, purchase orders and credit facilities. Support intercompany financial processes and income flows. Partner with internal teams to provide financial guidance across the business Ideal Experience: Strong finance leadership experience within hospitality, hotels or multi-site operations. Technical expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial control and balance sheet management. Ability to present insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable managing deadlines. Strong relationship-building skills across departments. Proactive mindset with a drive for process improvement and strong controls.
