We are seeking a strong Administrator capable of working in a fast-paced environment for our client in Yeovil as an Import Coordinator. This is an ongoing Temporary position that offers flexible start and finish times and the opportunity to work 2 days a week from home following the completion of training. As an Import Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring all engineering parts entering the UK are supported with the correct documentation. Youll be responsible for processing import paperwork, maintaining accurate records and ensuring everything is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities • Processing import documentation for engineering parts, • Accurate data entry and updating internal systems, • Supporting the wider import team with administrative tasks, • Maintaining organised records and ensuring compliance, • IT literate, • Use own initiative, • Customer Service skills, • Excellent communication skills to speak to customers, internal and external stakeholders, • Have a good eye for detail, • Able to work as part of a team and on your own, • Knowledge or experience in Import (desirable)
