Customer Service Coordinator (Luxury Brand) Harrogate £30,000 – £32,000 + Benefits We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, design-led business operating within a premium / luxury product environment. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their operations team in Harrogate. This is a highly organised, customer-facing role where you will act as the central point of contact between customers, sales teams and internal departments — ensuring a seamless experience from order through to delivery. The Role You will be responsible for managing customer interactions and coordinating orders, ensuring all communication reflects the standards expected of a high-end brand. Key responsibilities include: • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner, • Coordinating orders and ensuring all details are accurate and up to date, • Booking and scheduling deliveries with customers, • Liaising with sales, logistics and operations teams to track order progress, • Updating CRM systems with customer information, order notes and delivery details, • Handling customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring resolution within agreed timeframes, • Supporting Business Development Managers with customer updates and order communication, • Preparing reports and identifying areas for service improvement About You We are looking for a confident and organised individual with a strong customer focus and excellent attention to detail. You will likely have: • Previous experience in customer service, sales support or coordination roles, • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, • Experience working with CRM or order management systems, • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, • A proactive, problem-solving approach, • A professional and personable manner Experience within interiors, manufacturing, retail or a product-based environment would be advantageous, but not essential. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (office-based role) Location Harrogate – candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance.
