Major Recruitment are recruiting a Supply & Export Coordinator for a well-established manufacturer based in New Mills. This is a permanent role from day one, ideal for someone looking to build or continue a career in supply and export. Duties include: • Sales Order Input & Administration, • Customer Liaison, • KPI / Shortage Reporting, • Preparation of Export Paperwork, • Update orders when required and make necessary amendments, chasing outstanding information., • Interact with both the Transport and Customer Service teams to gain updated information on customer deliveries., • Work with export colleagues and other contacts on the creation and administration of export certification and corresponding documentation pertaining to the delivery of shipments destined for NI and ROI., • Liaise with the Commercial Team / Account Managers on ensuring pricing, promotional and other relevant information is correct and in place to successfully process sales orders, • Evaluate orders and assess them for the correct MOQ and MOV, contact customers to amend orders as necessary to ensure they meet these criteria., • Support the Commercial Team / Account Managers with order information when required including updating on any late and / or failed deliveries., • Work with sales and the customer supply team to develop an allocation plan when necessary., • Support the Customer Supply Manager in providing information required for joint supply chain plans and ad-hoc customer queries., • Update Master Data in AS400, including raising new SKU codes when requested, • Respond to customer queries which come into the business via the sales shared inbox., • Liaise with the Credit Control team on various subjects including new account set up, customer master data updates including new delivery addresses, and credit held orders and release dates, • Raise Customer Collections Notes and process these when required Salary: up to £27,000 per annum Hours: • Monday –Friday 9am - 5pm The ideal candidate: • IT literate with experience of MS office applications., • Experience with AS400 / iSeries or similar for order entry, • Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills., • Comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels., • Excellent attention to detail., • Sound understanding of basic supply chain principles, transport processes and export procedures, • Able to work to strict deadlines and remain calm under pressure., • Proactively seeks improved ways of working and adoption of best practice principles., • Displays behaviours aligned to the company core values What’s on offer: • Permanent position, • Competitive salary, • Friendly and supportive working environment, • Excellent opportunity for development Apply now with your CV to be considered.
