Based at our Colwyn Bay office 3 days a week, this role offers the best of both worlds: a collaborative office environment Monday to Wednesday, with flexibility to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays once training is complete. Salary: £30,000 basic, £42,000 OTE What you’ll be doing • Building and maintaining strong relationships with automotive dealers, • Supporting product adoption and helping automotive dealers see value in our technology, • Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, • Proactively engaging with accounts to reduce churn, • Acting as a trusted point of contact for automotive dealers and partners What we’re looking for • Background in account management, customer success, or sales (automotive or SaaS experience is a bonus, but not essential), • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, • Commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities, • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn, • A collaborative team player aligned with our culture, • Skilled in using digital tools and platforms effectively, • Leverage modern tools that optimise processes, increase consistency, and elevate overall performance.
