Work base: Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships, providing trusted advice, and making a real difference in Education? This is a pivotal role supporting schools and Education Services by delivering high quality, professional HR advice that really matters. About the role You will provide expert guidance for headteachers, governors and service managers across our schools and Education Services. You will manage complex workforce matters, support positive employee relations, and play a leading role in shaping effective and compliant HR practices within schools and Education Services. The role requires you to be CIPD qualified at level 7 or equivalent. This includes achieving Chartered Status through the CIPD Experience Assessment route which would need to be achieved before starting in role. You are comfortable handling complex and sensitive HR matters, providing clear, practical guidance that helps leaders make confident, compliant decisions., • Your experience allows you to build trusted relationships quickly, particularly with senior leaders and headteachers, and you communicate clearly with a pragmatic, solutions focused approach. You’re able to balance competing priorities, manage challenging casework and contribute positively to a high performing and collaborative HR team.
