Our Senior Operational Leader roles require strong leadership skills in an operational environment. You will monitor and drive performance, lead, coach and empower teams, build and maintain strong strategic relationships and make sound decisions. We value visible leadership, taking a personal lead in engaging with and communicating key messages and implementing corporate change. This is an exciting opportunity for people with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced environment. All posts cover multiple offices and therefore will involve extensive travel across each District with occasional travel across West & South Yorkshire Group. All roles are office based, front facing positions. Hybrid working will not be considered at this time.
