An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Architect with 3-5 years' post-qualification experience to join a highly respected architectural practice in Oxford. Part of a successful national practice with offices across the UK, the studio delivers a diverse portfolio of complex, high-value projects spanning the science & technology, education, research, commercial and masterplanning sectors. This role would suit a technically strong architect looking for greater responsibility, meaningful project involvement, and the chance to build a long-term career outside of London without sacrificing ambition or project scale. \n \n You'll join a collaborative and supportive team working on technically challenging projects ranging from refurbishment schemes through to major developments valued in excess of £60 million. Working closely with senior leadership, clients, consultants and contractors, you'll take an active role in project delivery from technical design through construction, helping to deliver innovative and impactful projects across a range of sectors. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Lead and coordinate project delivery from RIBA Stage 4 onwards, ensuring technical excellence throughout the construction phase.\n, • Develop comprehensive technical drawing packages and detailed construction information.\n, • Coordinate consultants, contractors and specialist stakeholders throughout the delivery process.\n, • Manage project packages and deliverables, ensuring programmes and project requirements are met.\n, • Undertake site inspections, monitor construction progress and respond to on-site queries.\n, • Support contract administration and contribute to the successful delivery of projects through construction.\n, • Collaborate closely with senior architects and project leaders on large-scale, complex developments.\n, • Contribute to the continued success and growth of the Oxford studio within a wider national practice.\n\n \n Skills & Experience \n\n • Qualified Architect with 3-5 years' post-Part III experience.\n, • Proven experience delivering projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.\n, • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations.\n, • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractors.\n, • Confident carrying out site inspections and resolving technical issues during construction.\n, • Excellent Revit skills and experience working within BIM environments.\n, • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.\n, • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of project responsibilities.\n\n
