The practice encourages autonomy while providing structured support and mentoring as you progress.Responsibilities Develop design and technical solutions across all RIBA project stages Experienced in project leading Produce coordinated drawings, models and technical information Work collaboratively with consultants, contractors and internal teams Support planning submissions and design presentations Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards Manage elements of projects to meet deadlines and quality expectations Contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture Requirements ARB registered Architect with solid post qualification experience Strong design capability supported by good technical knowledge Experience delivering UK based projects Confident communicator with clients and project teams Familiarity with BIM led workflows Proficiency in 3D and technical design software Proficiency in Revit preferred but not essential as training provided Good understanding of UK planning processes, regulations and construction methods Relevant Health & Safety knowledge Experience within healthcare, education or secure sector projects is advantageous but not essential In return, youll benefit from a well rounded package that supports flexible working, personal wellbeing and long term career development.
