About the Role • Develop and communicate planograms and merchandising guides that support business objectives and drive sales., • Ensure merchandising packs are clear, practical, and easy for store teams to implement., • Utilise micro space planning software and data reports to analyse, design, and deliver commercially viable and visually appealing merchandising packs., • Work collaboratively with Floor Planning, Buying, and Data Analysis teams., • Undertake occasional store visits to support reviews and assist with new store openings., • Report to the Team Leader and Head of Department as part of a dedicated merchandising team producing timely and accurate merchandising guides., • Take full responsibility for maintaining plans for assigned departments. Skills & Experience • Commercial and/or retail experience (visual merchandising advantageous)., • Methodical, thorough, accurate, and numerate approach., • Creative flair, passion, and ability to use own initiative., • Knowledge of planograms (advantageous)., • Excellent PC skills, including:, • Windows & Microsoft Office, • Photoshop or InDesign (or equivalent), • Micro space planning design software (advantageous).
