The Role The Delivery Recruitment Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting the business’s continued growth by managing the candidate delivery process. Unlike a 360 consultant, this position is dedicated to candidate sourcing, qualification, and management — we are focused on client expansion and relationship building, whilst ensuring every role is matched with the best available talent. Key Responsibilities • Source, identify, and engage with high-calibre technology professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases., • Conduct detailed screening and qualification interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations., • Manage and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process., • Collaborate closely with 360 consultants and account managers to understand client needs and role requirements., • Write and post engaging job adverts to attract top talent., • Maintain accurate records and activity logs within the CRM system., • Support the team with market mapping, talent pooling, and pipeline development for key accounts. About You • Previous experience in a 360 consultant, delivery recrtuiment consultant or resourcer role within recruitment (ideally in tech, but open to other sectors)., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to build trust and rapport quickly., • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail., • Driven, proactive, and motivated by achieving results., • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality and professionalism., • Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
