This is a UK-based role reporting to the CFO, designed to provide strong financial oversight and control of the US operation through internal systems. Youll work closely with the US Sales Director and Operations Director remotely (via Teams), with meetings typically scheduled from 3pm to 5pm, so no issues with time differences. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Manager who enjoys partnering internationally, driving system improvements, and adding real strategic value within a growing business.
