Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware Business Sales Executive to support sales growth, customer engagement, and business development across our online platforms. This role suits a professional with strong communication, research, and documentation skills who is eager to transition into a commercial e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities • Support and grow sales across e-commerce platforms, including eBay and the company website., • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and partners to maintain high service standards., • Prepare and manage sales documentation, reports, and correspondence., • Conduct market and product research to identify sales opportunities and trends., • Assist in pricing, negotiations, and commercial strategy implementation., • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions., • Handle customer queries professionally in line with company policies., • Work closely with management and operations teams to support business growth.
