As we continue to build our Mid-Market proposition, we’re looking for experienced, consultative sales professionals to help drive early success and establish Handepay Mid-Market in the UK.\n \nAs a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new UK merchants with annual card turnover of £1m–£20m, managing the full sales lifecycle and delivering solutions that create genuine commercial value for our customers.\n \nThe Team\n \nHandepay Mid-Market focuses on complex, higher-value merchants, delivering solutions across card acquiring, POS/EPOS, eCommerce, and value-added services.\n \nYou’ll work closely with the Head of Sales & Partnerships and wider virtual teams, operating in a high-trust, high-accountability environment where quality, consistency, and customer outcomes matter.\n \nWhat You’ll Own\n\nNew Business Development\nIdentify, qualify, and win new Mid-Market merchants through self-generation, introducers, and group-led opportunities\nOwn the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation, close, and handover\nBuild and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline aligned to agreed target sectors and regions\n \nConsultative & Solution-Led Selling\n\nConduct detailed discovery to understand customer needs, transaction profiles, and operational challenges\nPosition Handepay Mid-Market’s solutions across:\nCard acquiring\nPOS and EPOS\neCommerce and omnichannel payments\nValue-added services and asset finance (where appropriate)\nDevelop commercially sound proposals that balance customer value with profitability\n \nStakeholder Management\n\nBuild relationships with multiple buyer stakeholders, including finance, operations, IT, and ownership\nConfidently engage and present at senior decision-maker and C-suite level\nWork collaboratively with internal teams across Product, Risk, Onboarding, and Implementation to progress opportunities\n \nSales Discipline & Governance\n\nMaintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and forecasts\nManage sales cycles effectively to maximise conversion, deal value, and customer satisfaction\nOperate within agreed pricing, risk, and compliance frameworks\nMarket & Partner Engagement\n\nBuild and nurture introducer and partner relationships to generate and progress opportunities\nEstablish Handepay Mid-Market’s presence within your chosen sectors through networking and market activity\nShare market insight, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform wider strategy\n \nWhat We’re Looking For\n \nEssential\n\nProven experience in B2B sales within payments, fintech, financial services, or SaaS\nStrong track record of self-generating and closing complex, higher-value opportunities\nConsultative selling approach with strong commercial judgement\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills\n \nDesirable\n\nExperience selling card acquiring, POS/EPOS, eCommerce, or omnichannel solutions\nExperience working with introducers or partner-led sales models\nSector or vertical specialism within higher-value merchant environments\n \nWhy Handepay Mid-Market?\n\nOpportunity to be part of a growing Mid-Market sales channel from an early stage\nHigh autonomy with the backing of a well-established payments business\nExposure to complex, rewarding sales opportunities\nClear progression opportunities as Handepay Mid-Market scales\n \nAbout Handepay\n \nHandepay, part of the PayPoint Group, are a leading player in the payments industry because we have a remarkable proposition that is unrivalled.
