This is a role for an engineer who understands that successful housing developments require more than just good technical design. You’ll be involved in understanding whether developments are technically feasible, commercially sensible, capable of achieving planning requirements and, ultimately, buildable. The successful candidate must have experience within residential development, housebuilding and associated infrastructure. This is essential to the role. The position would suit someone who has developed a strong understanding of the wider residential development process and can bring together engineering, feasibility, planning, cost and construction considerations. What the role entails: Providing engineering input across residential developments from initial feasibility through to construction.
