Job description At Rum Kitchen we try to honor the essence of carnival, the most famous all-day party. Our mission is to ‘BE MORE CARNIVAL’ and this means taking our guests on a journey. Our Rum Cocktails can make anyone dance, our famous Jerk BBQ is the tastiest way to cook chicken and working with amazing DJs and musicians we can bring the carnival to our guests. We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Porter with an enthusiastic, ‘can do’ attitude to join our RK team in Soho! The right candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, buzzing environment and able to work shifts over evenings and weekends. up to £12.00 p/h (incl. TRONC.) Key responsibilities · Ensuring basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible. · Washing of pots and pans. · Cleaning food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery. · Unloading food and equipment deliveries. · Keeping the storeroom organised. · Keeping work surfaces, walls, and floors clean and sanitised.
