About The Role Join our close-knit, dynamic Business Support team, a virtual group dedicated to delivering high-quality, flexible, and effective support across the Dementia Support and Partnerships Directorate. I am looking for a top-class B2B Event Manager for this exciting new in-house role. A 360 role – managing a portfolio of new and existing events from concept to design to delivery. My client is one of the leading and largest independent resellers of production equipment for the Media and Entertainment sectors in Europe. In a fast-paced business environment youll regularly set up furniture and equipment for conferences and events, as well as providing, moving and installing Audio Visual support and routine equipment maintenance. Occasionally covering reception during team breaks and holidays, youll support with relevant tasks in a small Client Services. Within Unipart, we have The Unipart Way. As part of your key responsibilities youll: Set up conference and meeting rooms Move various pieces of equipment including heavy equipment such as chairs, tables, flip charts as required Organise storage areas including furniture and AV equipment Set up Audio Visual equipment under guidance of the AV Manager and Technicians Support conference facilitators and delegates with connecting to room AV systems and WiFi Assist with equipment installation, set-up and operation About you Wed love you to have the following skills and experience, but full training will be provided, so please apply if you think youd be able to perform well in this role! What You'll Do The BCG Henderson Institute (BHI) is seeking an experienced global marketing senior manager to join its team. In this role, you will lead BHI’s external partnerships and visibility strategy, managing key external relationships and overseeing the Seat at the Table (SATT) portfolio.
